Delivering a luxury 64 foot Pershing from Fano Adriatic Coast,

via a stop for a week in Capri chartering to the Thadani family

then to

Genoa for shipping to Singapore




My good friend Anil Thadani recently purchased a


new PERSHING 64 from Lee Marine, the agents in Phuket.

The vessel was ready for collection in Italy on 24th August so

I flew off to Milan then Fano to be the owner's rep and help

 deliver it to

Napoli for a weeks charter with Anil's family on board.

Anil decided to join Josh Lee of Lee Marine, Amanpuri Resident

Manager Antonio Saponara and myself for this amazing 1,500

nautical mile journey.

We swam in the Adriatic Sea. I Love Italy. Love the people,

Love the Food, love the weather.

This was an amazing journey down the Italian Coast Adriatic

side, then

across the heel and toe of Italy's boot, then up the

Mesina strait between Sicily and the mainland, then onto

Napoli, Capri, Ponza, Pozitanno areas for the Thadani Family

 Charter.

Joshua, Antonio and I passaged the vessel up to Genova for

shipping to Singapore.

From Singapore it will be delivered to

Phuket Thailand and be based at Amancruises, Amanpuri on

Phuket's East Coast.






This adventure was one of the most demanding yet rewarding boating experiences of my life.

I'm starting to like fast power boating.

The older I get, the faster I like to travel on the water.
